“The Perspiring Writer Magazine”

Submission Guidelines

We welcome your contributions!

This is YOUR writing magazine, so feel free to contribute your work. We’re especially in need of profile pieces about writers or how-to articles on the writing profession.

All we ask is that you keep your submission to no more than 1500 words. Art and photos should be .jpg or .gif and no more than 100kb, if possible.

No attachments, please.

Nonfiction articles for perspiring writers with accompanying artwork or photo have the best chance of acceptance. No monetary payment at this time but we promote all writers and their work. Be sure to visit and get a free subscription to our main site at http://theperspiringwriter.com

Send all submissions in the body of an e-mail addressed to: editor@theperspiringwriter.com or snail mail with proper SASE to TPW, c/o E. P. Burke Publishing, 2532 Clubhouse Cir. #104, Sarasota, FL 34232.

  2. Verona:

Thank you for your interest in TPW and we’ll be happy to have you as a subscriber. All you have to do is click on the top right column where it says “Subscribe to “The Perspiring Writer Magazine” by E-mail and a box will open where you insert your E-mail address. That’s all there is to it. It’s free and you’ll only be notified when our site is updated or when our new quarterly issue is available online. So you don’t have to worry about receiving any unwanted mail.
This first issue and our guidelines should give you some idea of the type of submissions we are looking for.

    Best regards,

    E. P. Ned Burke (editor/TPW)
